MOthers grouP
Forget the sleep routine and baby food chat...we are much more than that! Join like-mined women for some crafty fun times and a load of love and support. We know too well that motherhood is a journey of many ups and a few hurdles. We are committed to supporting positive postnatal experiences through hands on, creative projects and a regular meeting place where you can turn up exactly as you are. This is a safe space where you are seen and heard. Make a new project each week and claim back some time for you.

Creative Hands = Clear Minds
Still need more convincing? That's okay, we got you covered!
Workshops are designed specifically to provide creative outlets for new and expectant mothers pre-birth and throughout the first twelve months of motherhood.
A few of the benefits we have noted over the past 4 years we have been in operation are:
-
Engaging in simple creative tasks allows the mind to quieten.
-
Negative thought patterns evaporate.
-
Mood levels are boosted.
-
Distraction from daily worries disappear.
We reinvest into our community
Oh also, we are about doing good for our community too! As as Social Enterprise, we are committed to reinvesting back into the community with free and low-cost workshops to support groups in need. You can find out and apply for our giveback program here.
