Cancellation Policy

Please be informed that all bookings made with our company are subject to the following no refund policy: No Refunds: Once a service is booked and payment is processed, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. Credit Application: In certain cases, at our discretion, we may offer a credit for the value of the booked service. This credit can be applied towards future bookings with our company. Conditions for Credit: Credits are subject to availability and must be used within a specified time frame, as determined by our company. The decision to offer credit and its terms are solely at our discretion and may vary depending on individual circumstances. Non-Transferable: Credits issued are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another individual or entity. Cancellation: If a booked service is canceled by the client, it will be considered a forfeiture of payment, and no refunds or credits will be issued. Exceptions: In rare cases, where the service cannot be provided by our company due to unforeseen circumstances or reasons beyond our control, we reserve the right to issue a refund or credit at our discretion.
