Cancellation Policy

TERMS AND CONDITIONS In these terms and conditions, "us", "we" or "our" means ArtCEE. It is important to us that you understand these terms and conditions which relate to your use of www.artcee.com.au. If you have any questions, please contact us via info@artcee.com.au 1. Classes a) Refund Policy – There are no refunds for cancellations of term bookings. b) Non-Attendance – If your child is unable to attend a session, no refunds will be provided. Due to the nature of our classes and the materials purchased in advance, we cannot offer refunds for missed sessions. Additionally, missed sessions cannot be transferred to other students. c) Late Bookings – Students may join classes later in the term. Please use the late booking dropdown, and ArtCEE will contact you regarding payment. d) Trial Lessons – Each student is entitled to one trial lesson. If they choose to continue, you will be billed for both the trial lesson and the remainder of the term. If they do not continue, you will only be charged for the single trial lesson. e) Student Behaviour – Once enrolled, students are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate behaviour throughout the sessions. f) Parent Expectations – Please ensure your child is aware of the day their ArtCEE class is scheduled. Parents must pick up their child promptly at the session’s finish time. g) If your child attends OSHC, it is the parent’s responsibility to arrange any required documentation for their release to attend ArtCEE. Please note that ArtCEE cannot provide refunds for missed lessons if a child is not released by OSHC.
